We are talking about Ravi Babu’s new movie ‘Avunu’. The teaser is being screened in theatres. Though it is a horror flick, the moment a ‘Sunni Pindi’ box falls and Ravi Babu’s voice begins everyone is getting disconnected and laughing. They have declared that it is too verbose.
As such, there is no fear factor getting generated and purpose of the teaser is not getting solved. Usually Ravi Babu’s taking is good but packaging and landing he doesn’t do well. The same happened with his other movie ‘Manasaara’. The trailer was fantastic but he messed up the whole film. Now, ‘Avunu’s first look was good but he killed it with his voiceover.
