Bellamkonda Suresh who lost quite a lot of money with Karthi starrer Shakuni is taking another bold step. He is not leaving the film ‘Alex Pandiyan’, a film starring Karthi and Kajal in Tamil.
He is buying the film and in fact no big thing in it. The point to be underlined is he is shelling out Rs 9 Cr to bag dubbing rights of it. Those who heard this are getting shocked with Bellamkonda’s gambling. But a person close to Bellamkonda says that it’s not gambling as it’s easy to recover Rs 6 Cr in fist week when Karthi is hero, provided the hype and publicity is managed strategically.
But one has to see how far this will work out as almost all Tamil dubbing films have bitten mud in recent times.
