The ad shows a slimmed down version of Ash, who, not too long ago, was dissed heavily for the overweight appearances. If the ad is anything to by, then Aishwarya has clearly got back at her detractors with her current hourglass shape. However, we cannot entirely rule out the possibilities of Photoshop, can we?
