Sources say Samantha has acquired a land sizing around 1000-1500 yards worth Rs 1 crore. This is near Gandipet and here is the interesting bit. It is heard that this has been given as a gift by producer Bellamkonda Suresh to Samantha. Apparently, Samantha is working for a project being directed by Nandini Reddy and she is pairing up with Siddarth in the lead.
According to another source, the reason for Bellamkonda gifting this land is, he has reportedly blocked Samantha's dates for December 2012 and he would be launching his son Sai at that time. The talk is that Samantha could be the girl for Sai's debut project. That's the story folks!!
