Kicha Brand Making Hungama!!


All it takes is one good performance in a film and the film to become a hit. This is sufficient for any actor to become a star and that automatically increases his brand value. Currently that is the case with the Kannada actor Sudeep fondly known as Kicha. The reason for his stardom is our Telugu film ‘Eega’.
It is heard that he has become a hot cake for distributors in Tamil Nadu and they are doing everything possible to cash in on this by releasing the dubbed versions of his Kannada flicks. Soon, the Tamil Thambis would be watching a film called ‘Korukkupettai Coolie’. This is a dubbed version of his Kannada flick ‘Gooli’.
Apparently, this is a perfect treat for the B, C center audiences and since there are no big flicks around the distributor has set up the release date. Something similar happened to Rajamouli as well. His blockbuster hit ‘Chatrapathi’ has been dubbed and released into Tamil as ‘Chandramouli’ and that too with his face in the posters. That’s the power of brand value folks!
