YSR Congress head Jagan is trying for bail and has filed a petition at the Supreme Court. Though he filed it sometime back he withdrew the application due to certain technical reasons.
Specifically the state government’s special GOs to provide legal assistance for five of their ministers the petition was withdrawn. But now, with the same GOs, Jagan has filed the bail petition.
If Supreme Court considers that angle then there is a chance of granting bail. Already, there is a contention that this case has been progressing on purely political basis. CBI will automatically oppose the bail. So it all boils down to the arguments at court and how Supreme Court will treat it.
This would decide the fate of Jagan. Even Jagan’s mother Vijayamma is positive that her son will get the bail this time and he will be released. The tension continues…
