The YSR Congress party has unveiled a call list alleging that the CBI Joint Director Lakshminarayana has been working on behest of Congress party and dealing the Y S Jagan case. Along with the media representatives, Lakshminarayana’s calls went to one lady Vasireddy Chandrabala and vice-versa. The YSR Congress MLAs have alleged that there is a coup behind all this.
One allegation is Chandrabala spoke to only one section of media, the other allegation is this person spoke to Andrajyothi MD Radhakrishna nearly ten times. The highlight is Lakshminarayana speaking to a TV media representative nearly 389 times. However, the curiosity is high on Chandrabala. The MLAs are alleging that Lakshminarayana spoke to her 320 times. Already, the MLAs staged a protest in assembly premises holding placards demanding who Chandrabala is.
Of course, one may ask what is wrong in speaking to media? But speaking to only one section of media who opposes Jagan and gathering evidence is not fair, that is the contention. There is another allegation that Sakshi had already complained about this but that fell in deaf ears. While the discussions between media and Lakshminarayana may not be commented right now, the role played by Chandrabala is definitely giving rise to possibilities of criticizing the functioning of CBI.
But if no links between Chandrabala and Lakshminarayana are proved then it is okay. However, it also remains to be seen whether the YSR Congress party has got any other allegation list. If yes, then it depends on what sort of evidence they have to strengthen their allegation. Ultimately, it looks like a war has erupted between YSRCP and JD Lakshminarayana. It will be interesting to see what Lakshminarayana’s response for this allegation would be. YSR congress unveiled the call list dated from March to June 17th.
