Telugu Girl Getting Break In Tamil?

Quite often it has been discussed that the Tollywood circuit has a scarcity of local Telugu beauties among the bankable range of heroines. While the reasons are still unknown, there are those starlets who are slowly and steadily making their presence felt. One among them is the new girl Nikitha Narayan.

Nikitha’s father is Telugu and mother is Kannada. Though her mother tongue is Kannada, she is born and brought up in Hyderabad and is very much a Telugu girl. She made her debut with the film ‘It’s My Love Story’ and now it is heard that she is all set to make her foray into Kollywood.

Though offers have been coming to her from Kannada as well, many are suggesting that a break in Tamil will give a strong boost to her profile because performance oriented roles are high there. Currently, Nikitha is busy with a project whose details are yet to be revealed. Let us hope she gets her due in Kollywood then.
