Hyderabad : The petition of the Enforcement Directorate to question the YSR Congress President Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy in the Chanchalguda jail has come up for hearing in the CBI court Hyderabad today. The Court has posted further hearing of the case to day-after-tomorrow.
It may be mentioned that earlier reports said that the ED authorities would take Jagan to New Delhi for questioning. However, the agency has denied the reports and said it would like to question Jagan in the jail itself. Consequently ED has filed petition asking the court to permit it to question Jagan who is presently in the Chanchalguda jail.
